Welcome to Chalipa Centre, where we offer a variety of calligraphy and art classes to help you develop your skills and creativity.
Our experienced instructors are passionate about teaching and have years of experience in various styles of calligraphy, including Nastaliq, Shekaste-Nastaliq, Naghashi-Khat (Calligraphy with painting), Typography, and Tazhib. We offer group, private, and online lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.
For those interested in Nastaliq and Shekaste-Nastaliq, we highly recommend our group lessons, which offer the opportunity to observe and learn from other students. Each group lesson has a capacity of 4-6 students and lasts for 1 hour. The fees for our group lessons are:
4 classes: $140
8 classes: $260
12 classes: $340
For students who prefer one-on-one attention, we offer private lessons for Nastaliq and Shekaste-Nastaliq at $50 per hour. Additionally, we offer online lessons through WhatsApp or Skype for $40 per 30-minute session for students who are unable to attend in-person classes.
In our Tazhib classes, we also offer group and private lessons. Each group lesson has a capacity of 4-6 students and lasts for 1 hour. The fees for our Tazhib group lessons are the same as those for Nastaliq and Shekaste-Nastaliq:

For those who prefer private Tazhib lessons, we offer them at $50 per hour.

You'll receive virtual instruction from our skilled teachers through platforms like WhatsApp or Skype, making it a convenient option for those who cannot attend in-person lessons. Online lessons are typically shorter in duration, usually 30 minutes, and are perfect for students who want to supplement their learning or for those who live far from our physical location.
