Cancelations / Re-schedules:

* Re-schedules are only possible with 24-hour notice, otherwise, students are responsible to pay for missed/canceled lessons.

* To give notice of missing a lesson, students must call or message.

* Maximum re-schedules allowed:

* 4-session registration: 1 x re-schedule

* 8-session registration: 2 x re-schedules

* 12-session registration: 3 x re-schedules

* If you can’t commit to a fixed weekly time, sign up for flexible sessions.

* Re-scheduled lessons will be made up during the term (No extension of the payment period).

Use of photos/videos on Chalipa's social media:

We may use photos/videos of students performing in Chalipa Centre and other events and share them on Chalipa’s social media. If you do not want your pictures/videos used let us know prior to the registration, class, or event.

Recording Devices: Video recording devices (phones, etc.) may be used with the permission of the teacher.

Learning Environment: Chalupa Centre is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
